The main goal of the concept is to harmoniously fit the designed buildings into the unique context of the vicinity of the Supreme Court building, the Monument to the Warsaw Uprising and the border of the Warsaw Ghetto. The designed buildings are characterized by a common, restrained, architectural language that engages in dialogue with the neighboring buildings. The architecture of the Masovian Voivodeship building contrasts with the homogeneous eastern facade of the Supreme Court building. The façade of the Court of Appeal building complements the background of the Monument to the Warsaw Uprising.

The designed buildings are characterized by a regular rhythm and a three-division façade that echoes the classical architectural order. In contrast to the fully glazed and reflective eastern façade of the Supreme Court building, the facades of the designed buildings have a opaque, matt character, referring to the rhythm of the columns on the side of Krasiński Square. The main vertical and horizontal elements of the facade are planned to be made of precast concrete elements colored green and with a texture reminiscent of patinated copper.
