Scope: Concept design
Design layout and facade reflects traditional Warsaw town houses form early XX century. Inner courtyard compromise between historical and modern courtyard proportions shaped by sunlight study.
Traditional facade details, specific to Brzeska street balconies, loggias, bay windows, has been reinterpreted in modern architectural language. Street facade loggias act as acoustic buffer. They aloso play important role in interior micro climate regulation, becoming heat buffer as they face west. Facade divisions and proportions were derived form neighboring building analyses.
